We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team and play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience across Europe.
As part of our Global Business Services Center , you will support HR operations primarily for Italy , while also supporting other countries, such as the UK and France. This is an exciting opportunity to join a transforming international environment where you will contribute not only to day-to-day HR operations, but also to process improvements, service excellence and HR transformation initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR administration support primarily for Italy , while also supporting other European countries as required, such as the UK and France.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and prepare HR documentation, including contracts, confirmations,



reference letters and other employee-related documents.
- Support employees with documentation and administrative requirements related to international travel.
- Manage employee attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll-related changes.
- Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality HR services in line with agreed service levels.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and ensure compliance with integral processes and local requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency and service quality. Contribute to HR projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
