Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona for an International Booking Manager. The International Booking Manager will oversee and manage booking operations for corporate clients and business travelers worldwide. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to fulfill their housing needs, managing reservations through Apartool's platform,



and ensuring a smooth booking process. The role also involves liaising with property providers, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining excellent service standards to provide a seamless experience for clients.
QualificationsProficiency in booking management, client coordination, and logistics planningSales focus with attention to details.
Experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolutionStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills with a general clienteleFamiliarity with corporate travel or hospitality industry is advantageousFluency in English, Italian and additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, or German) is highly desirableProficiency in using booking platforms and international payment systems is a plus
