About Walter
Walter is an AI-powered IT management platform for integral teams. We automate the full hardware and access lifecycle (onboarding, device provisioning, security and support) inside the tools teams already use, in 150+ countries. We're a small, fast-moving team building something new from scratch.
The role
You'll own and grow two things: a portfolio of high-growth tech clients and our partner ecosystem (EOR and payroll platforms, HR tech, insurers and financial partners). A commercial role with real ownership and revenue targets, working directly with the founders.
What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of tech clients and grow revenue through upsell, cross-sell and expansion
Spot growth signals and churn risk in your accounts, and lead data-driven QBRs
Own relationships with our partners: onboarding, enablement and joint go-to-market
Grow partner-sourced revenue through referrals, co-selling and joint events
Negotiate renewals, expansions and new partner deals




Keep HubSpot up to date and report on retention, expansion and partner revenue
What we're looking for
2+ years in account management, partnerships or sales
Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling and closing deals
Experience with tech clients in a high-growth startup or scale-up
Experience managing and growing partner or channel relationships
Strong negotiation skills and an analytical mindset
Fluent Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)
Nice to have
Background in HR tech, IT, device management or hardware leasing
Experience working with EOR or payroll platforms
