ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulationsSupervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversightPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports,
