We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Integrated Mission Systems team and drive the growth of our market share across Europe. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for high-value, integrated solutions involving cameras, radars , and software —serving critical C-UAS,



Defense and Border Control missions.
As Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems, you will be a key contributor to Teledyne FLIR's success in the European market. You'll lead the pursuits of major programs and work closely with key customers- anticipating their needs, shaping requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. With your proven track record, you will capture business opportunities with focus on Border Surveillance and C-UAS opportunities where there is strong demand, and other similar applications for security and defense. This role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Service, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and increase market share for Integrated Mission Systems in the near term, while identifying and developing long-term opportunities.
- Engage with government entities—including military organizations
