Your Tasks
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with integral HR strategy
Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects
Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives
Support organizational growth and change management initiatives
Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement
Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope
Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation
Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties
Your Profile
Your Profile
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management
Experience in multi-site or international environments
Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; Portuguese is a plus
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
