- Therapy Development & Market Growth
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.




- Identify and develop growth opportunities across therapies, segments, and markets.
- Build and execute market development plans and strategic initiatives aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Digital Solutions Development
- Lead the planning and execution of Digital Solutions initiatives across Western Europe.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive adoption, implementation, and business impact.
- Launch Planning & Execution
- Lead product launch planning and readiness activities for Western Europe.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and successful launch execution.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, business development, or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
