and cost.Drive design optimization & competitivenessOptimize transformer selection.Deliver best-in-class solutions in price, size, losses, and manufacturability.Own supplier strategy & ROIDevelop and manage strategic relationships with magnetic suppliers.Ensure strong ROI through design-to-cost and sourcing levers.Technical leadershipAct as internal reference for magnetic design (LV/MV transformers, chokes).Support complex bids and product development programs.Mentor engineering teams and elevate technical standards.Cross-functional impactWork closely with R&D;, sourcing, operations, and product management.Contribute to portfolio evolution and industrialization.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering ideally.7+ years of experience in electromagnetic design, insulation systems, thermal behavior, harmonics.Proven track record in dry-type or power transfo
