About The Role
The Group Reporting team is looking for a reporting analyst, group finance – fixed-term contract (12 months), to strengthen its capabilities during a period of growing activities and ongoing finance transformation. In this temporary assignment, you will support reliable reporting and performance‐measurement processes while helping us simplify and improve the way reporting services are delivered to users. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with finance stakeholders across a integral organization of approximately 12,000 employees. The role provides broad exposure to group finance processes, with a clear focus on reporting, performance measurement, and related process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Group reporting: Support the preparation, compilation, validation, and timely delivery of recurring Finance reports.
Reporting excellence: Analyze reporting outputs, identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable, decision‐relevant financial information.
Performance measurement:



Support the review and validation of performance statistics and submitted adjustments around the Group Short‐Term Incentive (STI) process, ensuring consistent application of the applicable governance framework.
Innovate Reporting process enablement: Improve digital reporting and workflow‐enabled services, helping increase process efficiency, governance, and user adoption.
Stakeholder engagement: Work with colleagues across Group Finance, local Finance organizations, and relevant support functions in a collaborative and service‐oriented manner.
Transformation support: Contribute to selected work packages alongside ongoing reporting and Finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Accounting, Controlling,
