Your Mission
As Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving BYD's growth within the Direct Customer segment, covering Key Accounts and National Leasing Companies. You will develop and execute the corporate sales strategy, build strong relationships with fleet customers and distribution partners, and identify new business opportunities to grow a profitable fleet portfolio.
Working closely with the B2B Manager,



International Corporate Fleet Sales and Channel Partners, you will act as a key link between BYD's European strategy and the local market, providing market insights and translating customer needs into commercial opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement the Direct Customer sales strategy across Key Accounts and Leasing Companies.
- Identify, acquire and develop new corporate customers, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, volumes, model mix, pricing and commercial conditions in line with BYD's business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, calculate margins and manage commercial proposals within agreed budgets.
- Develop volume-based incentive and bonus programs to support fleet sales growth.
- Coordinate and facilitate corporate sales activities across BYD's Channel Partners and distribution network.
