Overview
In this role you will be the first point of contact for Spanish customers, guiding them through onboarding and full implementation of Factorial. You will tailor the setup to each client, capture feedback, and help adapt the product to meet market needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey and unlock the Spanish market. This is a hands-on role that combines onboarding, consultative setup, and market insight to drive adoption and success.

Onboard new Spanish customers via video calls and email until full implementation




Provide a consultative setup to customize client accounts
Understand client problems and capture their feedback
Identify and share product improvement points to enhance the customer journey and market fit
Translate market insights to Product team to drive improvements
