As part of its career and professional development plan, Grupo Oesía is seeking to hire a Service Line Business Development Manager - Aerospace to join the Front Office team within the Service Support division.
You will be responsible for driving business growth in the maintenance, support, and sustainment of systems, equipment, and platforms within the Aerospace service line, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation, portfolio growth, and new business acquisition.
The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, a business-oriented mindset,



and the ability to develop new services and business models with higher added value. What are we looking for?

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in business development for in-service support, maintenance, MRO, aftermarket, or lifecycle services. Solid technical knowledge of the aerospace environment, avionics, embedded systems, or platform support.
Demonstrable results in growing the maintenance business, generating a sales pipeline, extending contracts, or acquiring new customers.
Experience in business development and direct client relations.
Ability to identify new service needs within the installed base and convert them into business opportunities.
