Overview

In this role you will support the development and optimization of Vuelings airline network through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify route opportunities, evaluate market potential, and manage commercial agreements. The position emphasizes profitability, sustainability, and strategic partnerships to shape the network’s growth. You will contribute to industry events and monthly close processes, driving measurable impact for the network.

Responsabilidades

- Assist in analyzing and executing network development initiatives and commercial agreements
- Evaluate market trends, traffic, airport performance, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities
- Engage with airports, tourism offices, and other stakeholders to support negotiations
- Negotiate agreements to secure incentives and marketing support
- Monitor route and agreement performance, including profitability and compliance
- Track contractual obligations, incentive schemes, and marketing commitments
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems for network activities
- Prepare financial analyses, market studies, and negotiation materials
- Coordinate with internal teams including Network Planning & Strategy,



Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IAG Transform
- Support administration and monthly financial closing of commercial agreements and incentives
- Produce regular reports on market developments, route performance, and agreement status
- Organize industry events and stakeholder meetings with effective follow-up
- Identify risks and opportunities from market analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Communicate network strategy to external partners and strengthen strategic relationships

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Economics (or related field); Master’s valued
- 3+ years negotiating with airports, tourism authorities, or aviation partners
- Experience in financial accounting, revenue management, or network planning within airlines
- High proficiency in Excel
- Ability to analyze multiple data sources for actionable insights
- Proven contribution to commercial performance or network growth
- Experience with contract management and understanding of legal/commercial aviation aspects
