The Role
Morningstar is looking for a Resilience and Continuity Analyst to join our Enterprise Resilience Program in Madrid or Bucharest.
This role helps protect the continuity of our people, workplaces, and business operations. You'll work with teams across the company to maintain business continuity plans, support resilience testing, and ensure our programs meet regulatory and internal requirements.
We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of Business Continuity Management or Emergency Management experience who wants to build their expertise in enterprise resilience within a global organization. You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple regions and help strengthen Morningstar's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption.
The Group
The Enterprise Resilience Program helps Morningstar prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions that could affect our people, facilities, and operations. The team works across the organization to strengthen resilience, support regulatory obligations, and help employees continue serving clients and stakeholders when challenges arise.
What You'll Be Doing
• Work with teams across the business to maintain business continuity plans that support critical operations during periods of disruption.
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), continuity planning workshops, and testing activities, providing guidance and practical support to stakeholders.
• Maintain and review continuity documentation, helping ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and company standards.
• Coordinate resilience activities across multiple locations,
supporting preparedness for workplace, operational, and business disruptions.
• Develop training materials, awareness campaigns, and communications that build confidence and readiness across the organization.
• Support the ongoing evolution of Morningstar's resilience program by identifying risks, recommending improvements, and sharing lessons learned from exercises and incidents.
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management, or a related resilience function.
• Working knowledge of business continuity principles, standards, and planning methodologies.
• Experience supporting BIAs, continuity plans, testing exercises, incident response activities, or emergency preparedness programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different regions, cultures, and levels of the organization.
Base Salary Compensation RangeEUR 38.000,00-50.666,66
Bonus Target:
7,5% Annual
We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
