Lead and oversee the successful delivery of client programs, ensuring agreed quality, timelines, profitability and client expectations are met.
Monitor program performance, KPIs and risks, taking proactive action when targets or delivery are at risk.
Build, manage and develop the Project Management team, including staffing, performance management, mentoring, training and succession planning.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Vendor Management, Technical Services and other teams to support successful program delivery.
Oversee program financial performance, including budgets, profitability, revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.
Lead the resolution of delivery or quality issues, including root cause investigations and CAPA processes where required.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality and operational performance.
Ensure appropriate processes, methodologies and risk management practices are consistently followed across projects.
Maintain accurate program reporting and ensure client requirements and commercial expectations are consistently met.
Proven experience in Project and/or Program Management, ideally managing complex, multi-project client programs.




Strong client management and stakeholder management experience, with confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring and developing Project Management teams.
Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budgets, profitability, forecasting and revenue management.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using KPIs and performance metrics to monitor delivery and identify improvements.
Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience within the localization or translation industry is highly desirable, particularly managing complex projects.
Experience with translation management systems, CAT tools and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable.
PMP certification is an advantage.
