Overview

In this role you act as a technical advisor for enterprise AECO customers, helping them optimize Autodesk investments and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with CSMs and TAS to drive successful adoption and manage critical issues, upgrades, and data-driven improvements. The position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, proactive engagement, and delivering impactful technical guidance at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers as a technical advisor, aligning with CSM and TAS in customer success plans
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues, monitor service level compliance
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities for improvement through a problem-management approach
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure proper installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications




- Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption per the customer success plan
- Lead proactive engagement via support case reviews, performance assessments, and alignment of technical insights with objectives
- Manage key event activities such as major upgrades

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk AECO products (Revit) and cloud services for large enterprise clients in a professional services role
- Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments
- Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange
- Experience in delivering presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects with good prioritization
- Strong English and German communication skills
- Fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus
