Overview

In this role you will support production planning and scheduling across our manufacturing sites, balancing demand with capacity to keep products available. You’ll collaborate with production, supply planning, and logistics to optimize operations and drive improvements. You’ll analyze data, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate master data to enable reliable planning. This is a hands-on position at Essity that combines data-driven decision making with cross-functional teamwork to sustain steady production flow.

Responsabilidades

- Create and maintain production plans aligning demand with capacity and constraints
- Monitor capacity and address potential bottlenecks to minimize disruptions
- Support inventory management for finished goods and key materials
- Collaborate with production, material planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams on changes and priorities




- Evaluate impacts of demand fluctuations and special production requirements for scenario planning
- Track planning KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain relevant planning data and support SAP and planning tools usage

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in listed fields
- Experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or related manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and planning systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
