We are seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast to join a world-class team as a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic support to players via chat, email, and ticketing systems within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries, account issues, and in-game transaction queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current game titles, mechanics,
and community trends to better assist our Spanish-speaking player base.
- Escalate complex technical bugs and game-breaking issues to the development and engineering teams in accordance with internal protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of service quality and response times as required for high-stakes Gaming & Esports environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and FAQ resources for the Spanish-speaking community.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment while acting as a brand ambassador for our gaming partners.
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Excellent command of the English language to communicate within our diverse, multinational office.
