What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners, while developing senior-level client contacts.
- Work effectively in a team-based, matrixed environment.
- Build a strong set of prospects and lead the pipeline.




- Move prospects through the sales cycle to close.
- Help continuously improve the sales process at Amex GBT.
- Bring exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills.
- Synthesize client needs with a sophisticated, strategic approach.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience within a Travel Management Company.
- 5-10 years' sales experience, including sales leadership experience.
- A proven track record selling to and winning large, multi-national accounts, with the ability to shape client-specific solutions.
- Extensive client-facing experience on a global scale, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within large general organizations, and a strong grasp of how to drive and communicate client value.
- B2B business development and sales, with strength in executive relationship management.
- Familiarity with the Challenger sales model.
- Experience implementing global expansion,
