Responsabilidades

- Shape and execute the Study & Site Operations strategy to meet delivery, quality, and business goals
- Introduce innovative planning, execution, and patient engagement approaches across the cluster
- Oversee start-up, recruitment, and delivery of Phase I–IV studies
- Ensure enrolment, timelines, budgets, and quality commitments are met across trials
- Promote compliance with integral regulations, ethical standards, and Novartis SOPs




- Grow and retain leaders, drive succession planning and talent development
- Manage cluster resources, budgets, and productivity initiatives to maximise performance

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline
- Extensive experience in clinical trial planning, execution, and monitoring in a global setting
- Proven track record in leading, developing, and coaching managers and teams
- Deep understanding of clinical drug development and end-to-end trial execution
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
