Overview

In this role, you will identify and qualify potential clients for our Employer of Record services, driving new business opportunities and supporting the sales team. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build a robust pipeline in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, discovery, and collaboration to inform strategy and position our offerings effectively. A strong communicative and proactive approach will help you shape growth for a global client base.

Responsabilidades

- Prospect and qualify potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about EOR services and schedule meetings or demos
- Qualify leads and collect essential information to evaluate fit
- Collaborate with sales to develop lead-gen and pipeline strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and interactions




- Provide feedback to marketing on campaigns and opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends to position EOR offerings effectively
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales development or lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication with prospect engagement and rapport-building
- Excellent phone etiquette and resilience with objections
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of EOR or HR outsourcing is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Dutch language skills required
