Talent Manager, Enterprise Functions

Location: UK (preference) or Madrid, Cologne, Paris

As a Talent Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how talent is identified, developed,



and mobilised across our global organisation. Acting as the bridge between Talent Management and key business functions, you'll partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to create a more transparent, connected, and skillsfocused talent ecosystem.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive internal mobility, increase visibility of talent across the organisation, and help embed scalable talent processes that support both business growth and employee development. This is a highly influential role offering the opportunity to shape talent strategy, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a measurable impact on the employee experience.
