System & Protection Test Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a System & Protection Test Engineer to join our engineering team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our industrial automation and power distribution products.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing activities for hardware, software,



and complete system solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform detailed testing of electrical protection functions, including:
- Overcurrent protection
- Short-circuit protection
- Earth fault protection
- Directional protection
- Protection coordination and selectivity
- Configure, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and system-level tests.
- Verify communication protocols and interoperability with external devices, RTUs, SCADA systems, and customer infrastructures.
- Configure products according to customer use cases and validate system behavior under realistic operating conditions.
- Analyze failures, investigate root causes, and support engineering teams in identifying corrective actions.
- Develop and improve manual and automated test setups to increase test coverage and efficiency.
