As Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of small to mid‑sized customers, building strong and trusted relationships while acting as a strategic partner to support their supply chain needs. Because local presence is highly valued by our customers, we are looking for someone based in or near Bilbao who enjoys regular face‑to‑face customer interaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service. You will partner closely with customers to understand their business challenges, provide tailored solutions, and conduct business reviews that drive value and long‑term growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid‑sized customer accounts in the Bilbao region.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on‑site visits and face‑to‑face engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Conduct business reviews, customer presentations, and strategic account meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing business by promoting C.H. Robinson's transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
