In this role, you design and drive large-scale transformation programs for clients, bridging strategy and execution. You work within Orphoz, collaborating with a global team to implement operational improvements, digital transformations, and culture shifts. You’ll lead workstreams, coach clients, and advance change initiatives, while growing your leadership capabilities in a fast-paced consulting setting. Responsabilidades

- Design and implement client transformation plans and programs
- Coordinate and drive successful implementation of transformations
- Lead change management efforts and coach clients
- Manage project workstreams with increasing independence
- Lead and mentor less tenured consultants and run client meetings/workshops




- Contribute to internal firm projects and development
- Be based in Madrid and collaborate with transformation execution experts

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years of experience in project management or operational roles with a focus on implementation or execution
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive change across many stakeholders
- Motivation for flexible, agile consulting environment
- Excellent English (C1+) and local office proficiency
- Experience in holistic process redesign, lean and operations transformation; M&A; carve-outs in transformation; AI implementations or AI-enabled tools is highly desirable
