About the Role:
Our German Multi-National Sales team is made up of experienced sales managers reporting to the VP. The team is organized across territories within Germany and the wider DACH region. As a sales manager, you'll hold a key strategic role,



responsible for closing new business and recognized as a senior influencer within the travel industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners, while developing senior-level client contacts.
- Work effectively in a team-based, matrixed environment.
- Build a strong set of prospects and lead the pipeline.
- Move prospects through the sales cycle to close.
- Help continuously improve the sales process at Amex GBT.
- Bring exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills.
- Synthesize client needs with a sophisticated, strategic approach.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience within a Travel Management Company.
- 5–10 years' sales experience, including sales leadership experience.
- A proven track record selling to and winning large, multi-national accounts, with the ability to shape client-specific solutions.
- Extensive client-facing experie
