As a leader of a team of Product Managers, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring talent,



fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling your team to successfully execute portfolio strategies while partnering across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain functions to maximize portfolio value and business impact.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Cardiovascular portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
- Coordinate, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, prioritization, and high-performance execution.
- Drive the development and implementation of the 2027–2031 strategic plan for the therapeutic area, identifying growth opportunities, portfolio priorities, and future business drivers.
