Overview

In this role you will coordinate and evolve tools that support asset and configuration management, and the security of Galileo ground infrastructure. You will work with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams across international partners to ensure reliable, compliant services. You’ll manage change, monitor anomalies, and oversee deployment coordination to improve critical Galileo ground services. This is a technically focused, cross-functional position with a strong governance and continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and coordinate internal Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs) and support customer-facing Anomaly Review Boards (ARBs)
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action tracking reports, plus service management reporting
- Monitor anomalies, maintenance activities, and corrective/preventive actions
- Manage Change Control Requests (CCRs) and deploy/document release activities




- Coordinate software releases and operational data extraction/analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, cybersecurity, and customer teams
- Ensure compliance with configuration management, maintenance, and operational procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of AMT/VMT services and governance processes

Requisitos principales

- Experience in maintenance management, service management, operational support, or change management
- Experience coordinating NRBs/ARBs/CCBs and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, release management, and deployment processes
- Knowledge of asset and vulnerability management concepts
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge including vulnerability management, RBAC, security governance
- Experience preparing technical documentation and customer-facing deliverables
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in space programmes or critical infrastructure is a plus
