improve, and deploy technical standards across projects- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and countertyping analysis- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, staying abreast of new technologies, laboratories, and manufacturing advancementsProfile- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is a plus- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in various ERP systems- Knowledge of PLM (Centric) software is a plus- English proficiency (C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, Chinese, or Italian is a plus- Flexibility to travel to Europe and AsiaAdditional informationAbout LOEWE
