We are a Travel-Tech startup based in the heart of Barcelona, passionate about revolutionizing the way travelers preserve their memories. Our goal is to automate the creation of travel albums and lead the global transformation of how people remember their journeys.

The United States is now one of our main markets, and we're looking for a Junior SDR & Account Manager to keep driving its growth. This is a hybrid role: part hunter (prospecting and closing new agencies), part farmer (activating and growing the accounts that join us). What will you do?

You’ll be part of the commercial cycle for the U.S. market, from the first outreach to a fully activated, growing account.

Prospecting & new business:
- Identify and reach out to new U.S. travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE agencies.
- Qualify leads and build a healthy pipeline of prospects.




- Explore opportunities within our existing database and through referrals.

Demos & closing:
- Run product demos for travel agencies with the clear goal of closing the sale.
- Negotiate commercial terms and turn interest into signed clients.

Activation & account growth:
- Ensure strong onboarding, activation, and product adoption for every agency that signs up.
- Nurture relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and grow revenue per account.
- Act as the main point of contact and escalation for your accounts.

What we’re looking for

Core requirements:
- Native-level English. American English strongly preferred.
- Availability to travel and attend industry events.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven, proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and consistent in follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance-tracking tools.
