Performance marketing and SEO have been central to our growth. We are now investing in the next source of advantage: making Click&Boat; the brand travellers know, trust and actively seek out before they reach their destination.

A large share of boat rental still happens offline, locally and at the last minute.



Our opportunity is to bring more of that demand online and encourage travellers to discover, plan and book their boating experience earlier. A fresh rebranding was performed in 2025, and the next challenge is now to build familiarity, trust and category authority at greater scale - particularly for families, skippered rentals, multi-day experiences and other higher-consideration occasions.

To fuel this next phase of growth, we're hiring a Head of Brand & Content to lead our brand strategy and build Click&Boat; into the most trusted and top-of-mind digital destination for boat rental, based in our Barcelona office.

We're looking for a Head of Brand & Content to join our crew in Barcelona and lead a creative, highly motivated brand function with a solid leadership foundation.
