About the RoleOur client is looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to contribute to the expansion and success of their Sales organisation.
This position plays a key role in pipeline generation,



prospect identification and outreach to decision-makers across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prospect potential clients in the assigned market.
- Run outbound campaigns through email, phone and multiple touchpoints.
- Present the solution to relevant stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
- Define quarterly OKRs together with the Sales Development Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives in a continuous feedback loop.
- Proactively propose ideas, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process and accelerate growth.

Basic Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in one of the target languages (allocated based on market needs).
- Strong command of English for internal communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or studies in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
