In this role you will deliver premium technical support to Lightspeed’s strategic hospitality accounts, helping them maximize the value of Lightspeed’s ecosystem. You’ll work closely with SAMs and Implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing success, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and driving feature adoption. You’ll balance technical escalation management with knowledge sharing, training, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the customer journey and product experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines advanced troubleshooting, strategic guidance, and advocacy for product enhancements.

• Optimize client operations by recommending best practices to maximize Lightspeed value




• Coordinate with Implementation teams to ensure smooth warm handoffs for new Strategic accounts
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to manage daily operations and resolve complex issues
• Lead unified client meetings with SAMs to forecast needs and mitigate risks
• Promote feature adoption through proactive account health reviews and remote/on-site support
• Deliver training sessions to ensure customers utilize Lightspeed effectively
• Advocate for product enhancements by sharing client insights with Product and Development teams
• Manage high-stakes technical escalations end-to-end, including executive communication
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to quickly identify root causes and deliver solutions
• Maintain thorough account-specific knowledge and resolutions to enable general support
• Create and update troubleshooting guides, testing procedures, and internal docs; track software defects
• Develop expertise across all Strategic Lights
