In this position, you will act as the primary representative for a top-tier financial institution, guiding clients through financial management and digital platform navigation with high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Expert Support: Deliver top-tier assistance to German-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat channels regarding account details, transfers, and online features.
- Problem Solving: Recognize customer requirements and offer efficient, accurate solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Uphold rigorous data protection standards and follow financial guidelines to guarantee safe account operations.
- Language Integration: Apply your B2-level Spanish proficiency to navigate internal software and coordinate with local teams.
Training & DevelopmentOur thorough onboarding program ensures you are fully prepared before managing live client interactions:
- Initial Duration: First 5 weeks
- Schedule: Starts from 09:00 to 15:00, then transitions to your designated permanent shift
- Content: In-depth coverage of banking systems, financial compliance, and service quality standards
