In this role, you will shape Contentsquare’s global People operating model and governance at scale. You will drive Workday strategy, data governance, and cross-functional programs to enable a data-driven, automated People function. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, Audit, Legal, and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant processes while advancing automation and AI-enabled improvements. This is a chance to influence how People operations scale across a global organization and partner with technology teams to unlock value. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own global People governance and alignment across processes with senior People leadership
• Act as escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data issues
• Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure controls and secure data access




• Translate People needs into technical requirements and shape Workday roadmap/backlog
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and leverage AI for processes
• Oversee data governance and integrity of People data for analytics and AI
• Develop dashboards and data solutions for better decision-making
• Lead cross-functional People cycles (performance, compensation) and change management

Responsabilidades
• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or related field
• Strong understanding of global xghoner People processes, data and governance
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Interest in automation, AI and People Technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior level
