A multinational company undergoing a strong expansion process, based in the Bages region (Catalonia), is looking for an IT Business Unit Manager – Dynamics 365 Coordinator/Implementation Specialist.

Working closely with external partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for DYNAMICS 365 digitalisation projects, as well as the administration of the local IT infrastructure.
*Main Responsibilities:
- Act as Functional Coordinator and Key User in the implementation of business solutions (ERP, MES and satellite applications), ensuring alignment with the plant’s industrial processes.
- Collaborate in the definition and validation of requirements, participating in solution design together with the Corporate IT team and implementation partners.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the implemented solutions in order to participate in project decision-making, provide functional support after go-live, maintain systems,



and identify and manage basic functional and technical incidents, escalating them to the corporate level when required.
- Perform technical tasks related to the plant environment and digitalisation projects, including installation of radio-frequency applications on industrial devices, user management in corporate systems, design and maintenance of Docentric document templates, and basic support for workplace IT incidents.
- Act as a liaison between the plants, Corporate IT and external providers, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
- Manage, with external support, the local network, external connectivity and cybersecurity activities.
- Provide technical support to users, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, connectivity issues, etc.
