Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare/review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow, and month/year-end close processes.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, analyze trends,



and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (PGC/IFRS).
- Proficiency with accounting software (I.e. Ms Dynamics)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. xghoner
- Experience in financial management or auditing, and team leadership.
