We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who connects strategy with execution. Someone who takes the client's challenge, truly understands it, and builds the direction and the narrative of each project, and who can also turn it into content that works. We are not looking for someone who only coordinates, nor someone who just writes nicely, but someone who thinks the strategy and makes it real.
We want a profile with their own judgment, able to challenge the client with tact and to push the work toward business impact, not just on-time delivery.

What you will do
Reporting to Management,



your main responsibilities will include:
- Take the client's challenge, question the brief, and define the approach and objectives of each project.
- Build the strategy and the narrative, and write the core content, delegating only the peaks to a copywriter.
- Work side by side with the design team and the project managers so the strategy and the brief translate well into execution, and validate that the result answers the client's need before delivery.
- Be the strategic point of contact with the client, bringing judgment and managing the relationship.
- Ensure that what we deliver answers the brief and creates impact, not just that it is well executed.
- Integrate AI into your workflow as an everyday tool.

Background & Skills
- 6 or more years in B2B marketing strategy (agency, consulting or in-house), with cases where you originated the approach, not just executed it.
