Overview
In this role you will own and expand the Track & Trace ABP commercial journey for a portfolio of strategic customers. You partner with executives to maximize value from serialization, compliance, and digital operations while growing adoption of TraceLink’s platform and related processes. You lead the complete commercial lifecycle, from account strategy to renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain transformation efforts. This position combines high-touch field engagement with cross-functional collaboration to drive recurring revenue and customer outcomes. Responsabilidades
- Manage high-touch outside sales strategy with regular on-site visits
- Lead executive sessions (CORs, EBRs, commercial planning) with C-suite and senior leaders
- Build deep on-site relationships across dispersed teams (business, compliance, supply chain,



quality, IT)
- Own the Track & Trace ABP commercialization journey for assigned customers
- Develop long-term account plans to maximize value, recurring revenue, and growth
- Maintain account plans using the WISE platform and coordinate CORs/EBRs
- Develop expertise in each customer’s Track & Trace operating model and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop renewal strategies and a healthy pipeline for Track & Trace, compliance, and ABP opportunities
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within Track & Trace and related Agentic Business Processes
- Position additional compliance capabilities (e.g., MINT Serialized Shipment, POET Compliance Exceptions)

Requisitos principales
- 6+ years in outside sales, field-based enterprise account management, or enterprise software sales
- Proven travel to conduct face-to-face meetings and on-site EBRs (30–50%)
