The Work:

The Client Experience Manager supports strategic Client Experience priorities that strengthen client engagement, showcase Accenture’s capabilities and help drive business growth. Working across Client Experience and Commercial, the role combines strategy and execution with stakeholder engagement, content curation and capability building. A key part of the role is supporting storytelling initiatives, partnering closely with Client Account Leads (CALs), Reinvention Partner (RP) Leads, Client Relationship Marketing and Commercial Learning to identify and curate strong client stories, develop useful content and help strengthen storytelling capability across the organization.
