Role Overview

We're looking for an Marketing Operations Team Lead to lead MarTech, Regional Operations, and CX Integrations teams in the Marketing CoE.



This is the key role that keeps the whole of marketing running: the technology, automation, tracking, and delivery infrastructure that every brand and every specialist depends on. You'll lead a team of 10+ across Europe, driving MarTech and Marketing website capabilities across our multi-brand, multi-market estate, set the operational standards that make execution repeatable. It's a player-coach leadership role; you'll shape the operating model and the tooling strategy, while staying close enough to the work to unblock your team and raise the bar on delivery.
