About osapiens
osapiens is one of the few real European SaaS stories: 2,500 customers, backed by BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Armira, AI-native operating model, and the platform of choice for sustainability, supply-chain transparency, and product compliance across Europe. We are headquartered in Mannheim with primary working hubs in Munich, Madrid, and Mannheim.
Why this role exists
Our customers do not buy a tool, they buy a working procurement and supplier process. Turn every relevant release into enablement. A 2–3 minute nugget video, input for the eLearning modules, and a release webinar or office hours — produced and distributed together with our Academy.
Enable the teams. Train Delivery, Support and Customer Success in your area, build the certification for it, and assess it.
Be the second line. Take subject-matter escalations from onboardings, support ti
