Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Reporting Data Analyst to transform HR data into reliable reporting, meaningful metrics, and actionable insights. You’ll design and maintain Workday reports, analyze large HR datasets, and support HRIS administration and releases across integral operations.You will collaborate with international HRIS, Colleague Resources, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions and ensure data quality and governance.
