This isn't a role to maintain a machine that's already running — it's a role to build it. You'll own the development function end-to-end: the processes, the standards, the supplier relationships, and the team structure. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production.This is a hands-on role.
