Cohabs, an international coliving platform, is expanding its Madrid investment team. The Acquisition Manager will source and evaluate residential acquisitions, building underwriting models and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities forward.You will lead end-to-end due diligence, craft investment theses, and present findings to the Investment Committee. Fluency in Spanish and English and strong deal execution are essential to scale Cohabs' portfolio.
