The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Business Intelligence team, and regional leadership across Europe, North America, Asia,



and Latin America.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end development of the 2027–2030 Strategic Plan.Build and own a consolidated Excel model covering four-year projections across regions and subsidiaries.Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, market-share, growth, and margin analysis.Coordinate inputs and working sessions across HQ and regional teams.Reconcile top-down strategic objectives with bottom-up regional plans.Translate the analysis into a clear, board-ready executive presentation.RequirementsStrong strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial advisory background.Prior ownership of strategic planning or corporate strategy engagements.Strong financial modelling skills, including building structured multi-entity models in Excel.Experience with market sizing, benchmarking, growth, and margin analysis.Ability to work directly with senior executives and regional leadership.Professional fluency in Spanish and English.Ability to work independently in a hybrid Barcelona-based setup.Adecuado BackgroundsFormer MBB or Tier-2 strategy consultant at Engagement Manager / Pr
