Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and versatile professional to join our Iberia team and work closely with the Country Operations Manager across the different areas of the business.

This is not a purely administrative role. The person joining us will initially take ownership of a combination of internal sales, administrative and operational responsibilities, while gaining a broad understanding of how the business works as a whole.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing different hats, taking initiative and finding practical solutions independently. The successful candidate will be expected to support the Country Operations Manager in a wide range of day-to-day business activities and progressively take on greater responsibility as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and coordinate internal sales activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Work closely with the Country Manager on sales planning, commercial strategy and business development.
- Support dealer management and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
- Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement within the sales network.
- Progressively take on greater responsibility in commercial decision-making and sales management.

Business & Administrative Operations
- Take ownership of key administrative and operational processes, including invoicing, order processing and inventory coordination.
