Xplor is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across the EMEA region. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline for our Account Executives.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring success in building outbound teams, establishing prospecting best practices, and ramping SDRs from hiring to performance management.
