Pure Fishing is seeking a high-performing Sales Lead for Spain and Portugal. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, lead a field-based team of sales agents, and drive revenue and margins across the region. Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Service will be essential to grow market share.
You will manage several customer accounts, coach team members, and travel across territories in Europe. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
