We are currently looking for instructors with Reformer Pilates qualifications, along with additional group fitness certifications, who can create engaging, inclusive and safe class environments while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities of this role include leading and supervising participants during group fitness classes, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive, inclusive environment that supports member engagement and wellbeing.
Key Selection Criteria
- Ensure participants feel welcome, advising new participants of class procedures
- Deliver classes that are fun, encouraging and maintain high attendance levels
- Educate participants with safe exercise techniques and constantly monitory safety
- Ensure sufficient preparation time for setting up
- Stay after class to answer any question and interact
- Ensure members are booking and checking in for
